Molie In Style provides return & exchange for all items except sales item (e.g. special discount), accessories and specifically stated non-refundable / non-exchangeable items. Please review our return & exchange policy as below.
Returnable & Non-Returnable Item
1. Accessories, Innerwear / Under Garments are non-returnable due to hygiene purposes.
2. Sales & Discounted Items / Lucky Bags / Gifts are not returnable / refundable / exchangeable.
*Note:- Please do not remove the tag / original seal for returnable item (e.g. all returned item(s) should be sent in their original condition and packaging including return form, tags, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). Molie In Style reserve the right to reject returns that does not meet these criteria.
Refund & Return Period
1. All items must be shipped back to Molie In Style within 7 working days upon item received. This return validity period begins from the date of the goods are delivered to your shipping address.
2. Returns can only be made one time per order number, meaning that any order made with return credit cannot be returned the consequent time.
3. Buyers hold full responsibility until the returned parcel reach us. We highly recommend using courier services with tracking numbers to minimize the risk of loss parcel.
4. Refund only be done as store credit coupon, strictly no cash refund is allowed. You will be issued a store credit coupon equivalent to the purchase price of each returned item(s), valid for 90 days. Delivery fees to return your order (if any) will not be refunded.
5. Store credit coupon can only be used once, not applicable with any other further discount and must be redeemed within 90 days from the date of issuance. Store credit coupon is restricted to purchase selling items under the Company and cannot be used to pay shipping fees. All return / exchange request will be processed within 7 working days upon receipt of the returned items.
6. All return & exchange shipping cost will be borne by buyer (West Malaysia RM7 / East Malaysia RM14), except for defective item(s).
7. Return is not acceptable if we do not receive RETURN NOTICE from Facebook Messenger / Call / WhatsApp. We reserve the right to reject / declined / forfeited any returned item if does not meet all above-mentioned conditions.
